The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 353, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the
