The present application has been filed for modification in the order dated 06.07.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.23598 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit 20 per cent of the outstanding dues within a period of six months. The petitioner seeks extension of further three months apart from the earlier direction of six months so that he may deposit the 20 per cent of the outstanding amount. The period of six months is extended by another three months.

With the aforesaid modification as indicated above, the present application is allowed in connection with Kurtha P.S.Case No.47 of 2015 pending in the Court of CJM, Jehanabad. (Sudhir Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
