2. The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- "i) For direction to the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 21.05.2024 in the light of mail dated 13.05.2024 before the Territory Co- ordinator (Retail) Muzaffarpur.

(ii) To restrain the respondents from initiating a fresh selection process for the said location during the pendency of the writ petition.

(iii) To issue writ/order/direction to the respondents for the reliefs to which the petitioner is found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Respondent No.2, i.e., the Territory Coordinator (Retail) Muzaffarpur by way of representation dated 21.05.2024 (Annexure 5), without going into the merits or demerits of the case the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned, i.e., Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation given by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order. The authorities shall endeavor to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. In case the authorities has already considered the representation made by the petitioner and passed any order, the same shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
