The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No.61 of 2015 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioners were seen with the stolen cow of the informant in the way.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been made accused in this case on mere suspicion. After knowing the real fact, the informant has filed a compromise petition in the court below, which would appear from Annexure-'3' to this petition. The petitioners having

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48406 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 no criminal antecedent are in custody since 20.07.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No.61 of 2015.
