JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 08.12.2015 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the petition father's name of the petitioner has inadvertently been typed as Nawal Kishore Singh in stead of Late Nand Kishore Singh and the same defect has occurred in order no.2 dated 26.11.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no. 2 dated 26.11.2015 in place of Nawal Kishore Singh, it be read as Late Nand Kishore Singh. Accordingly, the above stated order dated 26.11.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
