Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.
Name of petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Sikandar Ali. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2017. The petitioner was never put on TIP during investigation nor anything was recovered from his possession. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4503 of 2018 (2) dt.29-01-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Daudpur Police Station Case No. 183 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
