Patna High Court MJC No.2694 of 2019(5) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 take a final decision thereon, however, the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 has referred to the show cause, filed in the present case, to submit that the ViceChancellor, T.M.Bhagalpur University, District-Bhagalpur, has already passed a reasoned order dated 19.1.2024, holding that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief / payment at the moment.

Having regard to the aforesaid aspect of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 10.4.2019, passed in CWJC No. 7158 of 2019, has stood complied with, hence, the present contempt petition stands dismissed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
