2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 16.06.2023, passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge V, Gopalganj, in connection with Sidhawaliya P.S. Case No. 282 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter relates to the Matrimonial dispute between the parties and the petitioner wants mediation in this case for settlement of the dispute. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take steps in the trial court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52750 of 2023(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 for mediation/conciliation between the parties.

4. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
