Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 380, 420, 468, 504 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that due to mistake, in the account of Leelawati Devi whose husband's name is also same as the name of complainant's husband, the amount of Indira Aawas was deposited, resulting into filing of this case but now the case has been compromised and the amount has been returned by accused no. 2 and against the petitioner there is only allegation that he was middle man.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the

No.30640 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 petitioner above named, in case of his surrender or arrest within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
