The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mehasi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the supervising officer of the case opined that the case would come within the purview of Section 304-A and not within the purview of section 304 IPC, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees
