JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Learned State Counsel at the very outset submits that on the application filed by the petitioner final order has already been passed by the licensing authority vide Annexure - "C" to the counter affidavit.

In view of the facts disclosed in the counter affidavit, Sri Vinay Mistry, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy against the order of the licensing authority. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above.
