JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Neither the informant nor any other witness claims to have seen the actual killing of the deceased and the name of petitioner and two others has been dragged in this case on the ground that one pair of slipper and one Gadansi were found near the dead body and the informant claimed that the aforesaid Gadansi and a pair of slipper belonged to FIR named accused Samsuddin.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1080 of 2016 (3) dt.16-02-2016 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari.
