JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 01.11.2017, seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No. 408 of 2017 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that tailoring shop of the informant was broken and theft was committed.

Submission is that recovery is made leading to confessional statement from the possession of Firoz Alam, i.e., two stitched pants, T-shirt and mobiles. However, it is not established that it's a stolen article as same was not put on T.I.P. and Firoz Alam has already been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 17.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3053 of 2018 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10536 of 2018 (3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely , Ranveer Kumar @ Modi, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 408 of 2017.
