The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

As per prosecution, it is a case of explosion of bomb when the same was being manufactured in the place of occurrence relates to the petitioner. Petitioner sustained injury and both hand is cut down by the doctor during treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On the basis of suspicion, petitioner

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial MagistrateIInd, Jamui.
