Deceased Jaso Devi, who was married with Sulendra Yadav about two years ago, was done to death at her sasural in the background of non-fulfilment of demand of dowry as well as to remove the hurdle in order to continue with the illicit relationship having in between Sulendra Yadav with his Bhabhi Kiran Devi. Furthermore, there also happens to be specific allegation attributed against husband Sulendra Yadav, who was frequently indulged in torturing the deceased. So far petitioner is concerned, he happens to be brother of husband of deceased having no specific allegation. Considering the allegation, let the petitioner, Sulachan Yadav be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of

No.8920 of 2018 (02) dt.17-02-2018 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P. S. Case No.29 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
