2. This application has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from Karha which emanates from L.P channel under Nasariganj Block.

3. The Circle Officer, Nasariganj, Rohtas is directed to consider the representation dated 28.05.2022 filed by the petitioners.

4. If any encroachment is found by the Circle Officer, Nasariganj, Rohtas, he shall start encroachment proceeding under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and the same shall be decided in accordance with law after hearing all the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11171 of 2023(2) dt.02-12-2023 2/2 parties. The encroachment must be disposed of within six months of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
