JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 97 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and two devars of the deceased. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5598 of 2018(3) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 97 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
