2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown persons came on two motorcycles bearing registration No . BR02BC3340 and BR02AN6100 and snatched the bag of the informant in which Rs. 9,40,000/- was kept.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Neither the petitioner was apprehended on the spot nor he was put on TIP and seizure list has not prepared as per provision of Section 100 of the Cr . P . C . It is further submitted that looted money has not been recovered from his possession.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.
