2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.06.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Samastipur, in Case No.394 of 2019.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No.2080 of 2019 in which direction was made to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20630 of 2019(3) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 petitioner to file representation before the District Programme Officer, Samastipur, and after filing of such representation, the District Programme Officer shall pass a reasoned order. Counsel submits that the District Programme Officer has not considered the order passed by this Hon'ble Court and ignored the material available on record.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that statutory appeal is available under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

5. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same before the Appellate Authority mentioned under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka. It is made clear that delay, if any, in filing the appeal shall be directed to be condoned, if petitioner prefers appeal within 30 days after Puja Holiday.
