2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Witch Practices (Dian) Act registered in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.138 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in retaliation to Complaint Case No.1030 of 2014 and there is some considerable delay in lodging the first information report on 15.05.2014 for the alleged occurrence of 04.05.2014.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or

No.31094 of 2014 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let petitioners, namely, Chandradeep Sahni, Sohit Sahni @ Shobhit Sahni and Dhauli Devi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
