JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of this petitioner sprang in this case on the basis of information, given by a spy of the police and after that, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and others, committing the alleged occurrence. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Pintu Singh has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mjorganj P.S. Case No. 320 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
