The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324, 341, 379 and 436 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that both sides are co-villagers and there is case and counter case in between them and allegation against the petitioner is of giving Farsa blow over the head of the informant but injury is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Moreover, learned counsel for the informant submits that informant has registered objection against the injury report.
