JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard Sri Gyanand Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-2 as well as Sri Chandra Mohan Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the Respondent/ L.N.Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga. In the present petition, the petitioner has claimed for arrears of difference of his salary, whereas in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent nos. 3 to 6, a stand has been taken by the University that all the dues have already been paid to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of
Patna High Court CWJC No.12313 of 2011 (7) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 statement made in the counter affidavit, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition with an indication that if still any grievance exists, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authority concerned.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
