The petitioner has been in custody since 19.11.2017 in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 526/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that 90 grams of Ganja in 45 sachets, each sachet containing 2 grams, were recovered from the Jhola of the petitioner which was in the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that Ganja so recovered comes within the ambit of small quantity. He has further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is willing to appear before the Court as and when required. Considering the aforementioned facts and

Case No. 526/2017.
