Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of first information report in respect of Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 360 of 2021, dated 20.07.2021 registered under Sections 420, 406, 409, 188 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Upon going through the contents of the fardebeyan, it transpires to the Court that the allegation has been made against

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1157 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 three named accused persons, including the present petitioner. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner at this level.

Therefore, the present writ petition is dismissed, but, with liberty is hereby given to the petitioner to raise his grievances in the trial at appropriate stage before appropriate forum.
