Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201,120(B),34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that the main allegation of physical assault is against the husband of the daughter of the informant.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR.

During investigation, name of the petitioner has surfaced that he was also visiting the house of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
