Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 34 of the said Code. Petitioner is wife of elder brother of the husband of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Submission is that allegation is general and omnibus and the petitioner is victim of over implication. Considering submission aforesaid as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in

No.5479 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Rampurchauram P.S.Case No.25 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as subject to the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court.
