The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 238 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 109 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever be the allegation, the same is against one Vikash Kumar and the only allegation against the petitioner is that he was only present at the place of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date
