Perused the order dated 27.08.2013, passed in O.A. No. 629/2012 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the "Tribunal").
We are of the view that merely because the private respondent has superannuated and the direction of the Tribunal was not carried out within the time frame
Patna High Court CWJC No.12471 of 2017 (2) dt.03-10-2017 indicated therein, the benefit of the order or direction cannot be robbed by inaction on the part of the petitioners. They should still show their bona fide by compliance. The writ application stands dismissed, since there is no infirmity with the order of the learned Tribunal. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.)
