JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of getting appointed as Assistant Teacher in Government High School by committing some forgery.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed in 1986 in pursuance to the Advertisement No. 1/86 as Assistant Teacher of Sanskrit whereas forgery is alleged to have been committed in the panel of Mathematics and now, the petitioner has been terminated and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26359 of 2014 (4) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 same has been challenged in a writ proceeding. Considering the accusation levelled after two decades of the appointment, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Samastipur in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 295 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
