JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Balia P. S. Case No. 336 of 2017 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the direct and specific allegation made in the first information report against the petitioner that he assaulted with iron rod on the head of the father of the informant causing fracture of occipital bone, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
