The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 353, 332, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The prosecution case in short is that the petitioner alongwith others was assaulting the informant. It is also alleged that the petitioner was found in drunken state. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-06-2019. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No weapon is
