2. By way of this application, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent authorities to provide permanent security guard to the petitioner, who is facing great threat from the anti-social elements.

3. The following prayer has been made in paragraph 9 of the present writ application:-

9. That, it is submitted here that

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1609 of 2025(2) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 considering the threat perception a constable has been provided under the S.P. Nalanda and has provided guard for the securing of the petitioner until further cases.

4. In view of the submission of the petitioner in paragraph 9 of the writ application, the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda is directed that before withdrawing the personal security guard provided to the petitioner, the threat perception of the petitioner should be examined and then only the personal security guard can be withdrawn.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
