2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 instituted under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. The recovery is of 828 litres of liquor. The petitioner was not caught on the spot but his name has come in the self inculpatory confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner has similar antecedents also.

4. In these circumstances, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from
