JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 15-03-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remedy by way of appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nawadah and as such he wants to avail that alternative remedy. The respondent Nos. 7 and 8 have no objection.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nawadah for redressal of his grievance.

In case such appeal is filed within one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority is required
