2. The concerned authority has passed an order dated 21.11.2022 and it is in favour of the petitioner. However, certain monetary issues are concerned, it is yet to be finalized for want of certain funds. In this regard, the concerned authority shall expedite the matter and resolve the issue within a reasonable period of three months from today.
