2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 178, 179, 180, 181, 361(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, informant received information that in Rukanpura, a general store and C.S.P. shop prints counterfeit currency from printer. It is alleged that said general store is run by Priyanka Kumari and petitioner works in that shop.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is merely worker of the shop and owner of shop Prabhat Singh has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 31228/2025. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.2.2025.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51472 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Barh Patna in Salimpur Police Station Case No. 261/2024.
