2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Committee has recommended to upgrade the school of the petitioner but the same has not been upgraded. He further submits that middle school of the respondent no. 12 has been upgraded which does not fulfill the requisite criteria for up-

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the Committee within a period of four weeks from today, who will consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
