The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48040 of 2013.
It would appear from the impugned order dated 19.08.2015 passed by the learned trial court that altogether seven
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45999 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2 / 2 witnesses have already been examined and the case is pending only for examination of the investigating officer of the case. Regard being had to the stage of the trial as also the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the case without any undue delay.
