The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chand P. S. Case No. 119 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Keeping in mind the order dated 11.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.
