Supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein that a sum of Rs.3,07,500/- has been deposited as is evident from Annexure-5.

In view of such, Provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 29.1.2015 passed by this Court in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 818 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.
