Petitioners of both the applications are accused in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Therefore, both applications are being heard

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34983 of 2019(4) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 together and disposed of by this order.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioners have been made accused in the present case. Further submission is that in the whole case diary, there is nothing against the petitioners to show their involvement in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019.
