ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the orders dated 24.8.2010, 18.5.2011, 16.5.2012 and 18.6.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 20261 of 2010, 11909 of 2011, 6068 of 2012 and 10545 of 2014 respectively.

Considering that the Prosecution and the Court both are taking active interest in concluding the Trial, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The District and Sessions Judge, 2nd, Fast Track Court, Lakhisarai, is directed to conclude the Sessions Case No. 287 of 2008/476 of 2011 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 420 of 2007, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
