Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar PS Case No.03 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that accused persons used to make demand of dowry and committing torture to the daughter of the informant and ultimately killed her for non-fulfillment of the dowry.

It is submitted that petitioner is the married Nanad and was married 10 years back and was living with her husband and family at another place.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rubi Devi is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22837 of 2018(2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar PS Case No.03 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.279 of 2018/83 of 2018.
