Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 135 of 2019/Special Case NO. 69 of 2019 arising out of Rail Patna Jn. P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019 registered under Section 401/414 of the I.P.C. and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused namely, Pawan Yadav @ Lalan Yadav has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 86663 of 2019 on 26.02.2020.
