2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his application for grant of Arms license has been rejected by the petitioner because he was not having a valid training certificate which is now mandatory under the Rules.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner furthe submits that now the petitioner has undergone arms training and he has produced the training certificate.

4. In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to apply afresh for the arms license along with the training certificate and if such an application is filed, the same shall be
