ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 07-10-2015 Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court.

Perused the report of the Trial Court from which it appears that three witnesses out of nine witnesses have been examined and steps have been taken to examine the rest of the witnesses.

In view of report of the Trial Court, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in Bakhtiyarpur (Rail) P.S. Case No.38 of 2011 giving rise to Sessions Trial No.267 of 2013 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Barh, Patna, is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20375 of 2015 (4) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and shall take stringent steps against the non-appearing witnesses.
