JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents, in their counter-affidavit, have annexed a copy of the order dated 28.6.2017 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has already been granted the benefits of the 3rd MACP. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no longer wish to press this writ petition, hence the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

However, it is directed that if consequential benefits have not been paid to the petitioner, the same be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) BTiwary/- U
