JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 158 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 327, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant and his uncle resulting in them sustaining grievous injury, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew the prayer of the petitioner for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49956 of 2022(3) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 grant of bail after framing of charges by the learned trial court. Liberty so sought is granted. The petition stands disposed off.
