Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is under suspicion to have committed the murder of the son of the informant. Submission is that no motive is alleged against the petitioner nor there is any eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete now.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11479 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shahpur Police Station Case No. 218 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
